Common Questions

Do I have to meet you somewhere in Manhattan?
No, we come straight to you ! When you register on our website, you'll be prompted to share your address and that'll be the location we send our tester out to.
Do I have to pay?
Generally speaking, you'll pay NOTHING out of pocket. We accept most insurances. If you don't have insurance, we will get paid through the federal uninsured program.
What's the difference between the PCR and Rapid Test?
PCR tests are similar to rapid tests in various way, as they're both administered to those with and without symptoms and are conducted with a nasal swab. But, the PCR tests are considered more accurate when it comes to testing for COVID-19. Accuracy also means a longer wait for the results.
Can I just visit an urgent care?
You can! We advise doing what is more convenient for you.
